Kim Ward

Kim Ward - Marketing/Transaction Coordinator Kim Ward, Ken's wife, is the backbone of the Team. Kim handles many different aspects of The Ward Team and is a valuable team member. Kim handles the transaction and coordinates the closing, whether you are the buyer or seller. Kim is on your side all the way through. Kim works closely with the home inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, title companies and lender in order to provide you with a stress-free closing. With Kim's outgoing personality you can see why The Ward Team is highly motivated. When Kim is not busy working with Ken and the team, she enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and clients. Shannon Hestekin

Shannon Hestekin Shannon works closely with our sellers updating them with the showing activity and feed-back for their homes and answering any questions they may have. She also updates buyers about homes that meet their needs and new listings that meet their specific needs. She is responsible for monitoring our Real Estate internet activity, entering and updating properties on various websites, taking care of e-mail correspondence and other creative tasks. Shannon and her Husband Dan have three girls and one boy ranging from fourteen to three years of age. In addition to working full time and taking care of the children, Shannon is a Tiger Cub Scout leader, involved with the School PTO, a student, and most recently has adopted two puppies.
