With Ken's 29 years as a Realtor, he has experienced virtually every imaginable situation and transaction possible. Ken is well prepared to handle any issue that should arise professionally and promptly.
Ken graduated from Southern Illinois University. Upon grauduation, he entered the retail industry as a manager. He discovered that his experience with customer service and his marketing skills, he could provide buyers and sellers with the best customer service and he would be able to help more people achieve their dreams because they could trust Ken to look out for the their best interest.
Ken has dedicated his career in providing quality service to all his clients; always thinking how to assist you better. Ken knows that every buyer/seller have different needs and by keeping this in mind he has assisted well over 1,000 families making sure their expectations were met.
Ken has assisted families achieve their goals in Fox Valley and Western DuPage since 1977. In 1978, Ken obtained his Broker's license and has managed a successful RE/MAX Office during this time.
Ken, his wife, Kim and son Richard moved to St. Charles in 1989 and then to Geneva in 1996. Kim offers 25 years experience as Ken's assistant and partner.
Both as a sales leader in the Fox Valley real estate market and as a past Director at the Fox Valley Association of Realtors, Ken offers an established credibility among his peers and affiliates. Most lenders, attorneys, relocation firms and fellow Realtors work well with Ken and his staff.
